SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship our shelf-stable products — BBQ sauces, competition glazes, and pepper sauces — across the United States.

Local only: beverages
Our craft beverages (lemonades, cold brews, and iced teas) are perishable and are available for local pickup or local delivery only. They cannot be shipped.

Processing time
Everything is made by hand in small batches, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. You'll receive tracking by email once it's on the way.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on the carrier and your location.

Local pickup
Pickup is available at City Café, 200 SE 3rd Ave, Amarillo, TX 79101, during business hours (weekdays, 8 AM–3 PM). We'll email you when your order is ready.

Local delivery
Local delivery is available within the Amarillo area. [Customize: add your delivery radius, minimum order, and any delivery fee here.]

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email shaun@panhandleprovisionstx.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
